I'm
a member of Roy Conwell's church "Mountain Vineyard Christian
Fellowship" in Kent Washington. Just a little feedback regarding what
some may think as a small healing but was significant to me. During
your teaching on how to minister I felt compelled to pray for myself in
regard to a wart next to my nail, on my ring finger, on my right hand.
It had been a problem for at least 8-9 years. I was told that some
viruses," flat warts" in this case, were difficult to cure. After
countless visits to the various doctors I became discourage as to ever
getting it healed. They tried everything surgery, nitrogen freezing,
acid chemical treatment to no lasting result. It would always grow back
or spread. I just decided to cover it with a band aid "every day" and
just live with it. This seemed to keep it from spreading, elsewhere on
me, and possibly to others. The band aid a "constant" reminder the wart
was still there. I had prayed for this annoying problem numerous times
before but with no results. During the ministry time, I was thinking to
myself, if God could heal this problem I would use it as sign to pray
for others healing. Within a few days after your visit it was
completely gone. Because of this I have been more confident to step out
and pray for others. Every time I look at my hand I now have a
"constant" reminder of how God cares to heal any affliction and desires
to heal others using us.
